Dr. Ortega personally responds to her emergency calls.
She takes the responsibility of caring and being there for her patients of record seriously and makes every effort to respond within 15 minutes of receiving a call.
The office policy is to see patients of the practice the same day they have an emergency. The staff and Dr. Ortega will accommodate their patient emergencies and offer an appropriate time before the day ends.
